That sandwich looks amazing, the only critique I have is that the fried egg looked over cooked, when I put a fried egg on a sandwich it's either over-easy or sunny-side up, I just like all that warm gooey fatty egg yolk running all over the crisp, fresh vegetables and succulent, tender meats, and then the baguette would soak up the rest preventing any morsel from falling far away from my taste buds.
